Returns & Exchanges

At Delhi Poetry Slam, we ensure our poetic fashion pieces meet the highest standards, but if you are not satisfied, we offer a seamless 14-day return and exchange policy. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and retain all original tags to be eligible for a full refund or replacement.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

  Package Your Items

  Place the apparel in its original packaging, ensuring the poetry-inspired tags are intact and the garment is folded neatly to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours to collect the package at no additional cost.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  After our studio team inspects the returned piece, we will process your refund or dispatch your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
